Pool Key Card Assistance – On-Site Support

This is a reminder that representatives from the Pool Key Department will be on-site tomorrow, May 10, from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM, to assist with pool key card access and ensure functionality with the new pool access system.

This is a reminder that representatives from the Pool Key Department will be on-site tomorrow, May 10, from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM, to assist with pool key card access and ensure functionality with the new pool access system.

If you currently have a key card, it should continue to work with the updated system. We encourage you to stop by during the designated hours to test your card. If any issues arise, please visit the Essex representative on-site, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

New or Replacement Key Cards:
If you require a new or additional key card, we can issue one during this visit. Please note that there is a $25 charge per card, which will be billed to your HOA account. A valid form of identification is required for all new key card requests or adjustments to existing cards.

Important:
Pool access will be temporarily deactivated for accounts with past-due HOA assessments. To restore access, payment arrangements must be made directly with the Billing Department. Please note that the Pool Key Department cannot accept proof of payment or process payments on-site, and will only proceed once confirmation is received through proper billing channels.
