This is a friendly reminder that the 2025 Annual Assessments in the amount of $435.60 are now due. We sincerely appreciate those homeowners who have already made their payments. For those who have not yet paid, please note that accounts not paid by January 31, 2025 will incur late fees and collection fees.

We thank you for your cooperation and look forward to a happy, safe, and prosperous 2025 for all!

Important Note: The HOA Board has received a petition containing 185 signatures (unverified) opposing the 10% assessment increase of $3.30/month. Please be advised that a majority of 302 signatures is required for consideration of this petition.

Additionally, we invite all homeowners to join the Annual Meeting of the Members via Teams call on January 30, 2025, at 6:00 PM, where the results of the election for a new Board Member will be announced. If you have not yet cast your vote, please make sure to submit it by January 29, 2025, at 5:00 PM.
